Elysian, better known as Lys, Ely, "hey, you there, with the face," or any other nickname you want to give me! I'm 28 years old, man-adjacent, and have a decade and a half of experience in writing prose, poetry, editing, and everything else to do with the written word!My interests include men, bastards, and bastard men of ill repute. I can talk your ear off for hours about tea, and my favorite topic of conversation is my cat. Anime, manga, and all manner of weebery is within my wheelhouse, but I have a special fondness for visual novels and otome games in particular.I love connecting with new people and always welcome conversation, whether it's to recommend the hot new Thing™ this month, infodump about a niche hobby nobody else cares about (I do!), or just talk about your day. Commissions

Thanks so much for your interest in commissioning me. This will serve as an outline of the services I provide and get you one step closer to a story that needs telling!For all your literary needs, both SFW and NSFW, my pen is at your service! No paintbrush in sight here, folks, this is strictly for written pieces.My preferred genres include contemporary slice-of-life, fantasy of all kinds, romance, horror, angst, self-insertion/YCH, and so much more! The bulk of my experience comes from writing for original characters and worlds, but I’m interested in a number of different fandoms, and I’m always happy to do research on the ones I’m not familiar with. (Depending upon the volume of research and specificity requested, I may ask for additional payment.) If you’ve got a particular character or setting in mind, feel free to request, and we’ll see what works!In terms of length, my minimum is 500 words (starting at $10.00 USD) going up to 10k (starting at $200 USD) for a single piece. Longer commissions can be negotiated, but please be aware that a bigger commitment will take more time to complete.My limits are the following: underage NSFW (17 or under), zoophilia (nonconsenting, non-sentient animals), or any request promoting hate speech or bigotry (racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia).I reserve the right to reject any potential commissions, with any money exchanged returned to the commissioner. You must be 18 or older to request anything explicitly sexual.Pricing:
Commissions start at $2 USD per 100 words. For example: $20 for 1k, $100 for 5k, $200 for 10k.PayPal invoices are my preferred method of payment, and I will be sending the commission as digital goods in order to protect your privacy. I’ll require you to pay 50% of the agreed price before writing begins and the other 50% when your commission is complete. This is to ensure both of us are getting what we need out of the transaction.On turnaround: Please allow a week of time for writing commissions between 500-1,000 words, 2-3 weeks for 2-5,000 words, and a month or more for work between 5-10,000. After completion, your piece is yours to do with as you please so long as you don't claim it as your own. It's at your discretion whether I use your request as part of my portfolio or upload it to social media such as AO3.I'll do my utmost to inform you about any delays, but if you decide you no longer want the commission, you're welcome to request a full refund if I haven't begun writing. If I'm midway through your commission, I'll ask that you accept a partial refund for however many words I've yet to complete. If for some reason you're not satisfied with your completed work, I'll do everything in my power to make it right and adjust for any constructive criticism, but all sales are final once I've reached your target goal.Thank you for your patience in getting through all that!
